"Born and raised in Wichita, I graduated from Maize High and went on to study at Friends University. Throughout High School and College I stayed busy running my own lawn care company and helping my grandparents during wheat harvest. After graduating from Friends University with a BA in Business, I began working for Schellenberg Development Company. Karen Cheek-Mann
"Born in Wichita, KS, I grew up in Dubuque, Iowa but graduated from High School in Derby, KS. I studied Marketing/Management and Graphic Arts in college and have been in Real Estate in the Wichita area for 15 years. My husband and I have a wonderful family with 1 daughter, and 3 sons. We currently have 1 granddaughter. We share our home with our cat, and we enjoy spending time traveling and relaxing with our friends. If you ever need help navigating your way around the website, I am glad to take your calls and help you find your way!"

"I was raised in Hays, KS and attended a private school and also Fort Hays State University. I am married and have two beautiful daughters, four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. My husband was in the oil industry and we lived in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Singapore. Wichita has been home for the last thirty plus years. I have been in the retirement industry for thirty four years, helping seniors find the best home for them. After retiring for two years my new adventure is "Leasing Hostess" for The Villas At Hampton Lakes. I not only help the 55 plus find a wonderful place to live, my husband and I also live in a Villa and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it here!"
